This is making the rounds on Facebook. I've been tagged twice. Great. And since I have writer's block, I'm cheating and using it for a blog post, too.
Here goes:
1) Despite living overseas, I am neither brave nor adventurous.
2) I used to think I was a book snob - then I read Twilight. And New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn, and finally Midnight Sun.
3) I drink loads of black coffee in the morning and if I can't have alone time in the morning while I drink my coffee, I get really grumpy.
4) I have used inappropriate language in front of my kids while driving in Doha.
5) I love to take naps during the day.
6) Half the people I know call me Kay Kay, the other half Sharon. I answer to both, equally.
7) Despite living in Dallas for most of my life, I consider Spring, Texas to be home and I fully intend for us to live there again one day.
8) I could not get through my life without my girlfriends. Or my sister.
9) I miss seeing my brother and his family. We do not see them enough.
10) I am from a family of golfers, but despite a semester of golf at Baylor, can't play at all. I'm going to learn in Doha.
11) Tennis is the most frustrating thing I've done in a long time. And also the most fun.
12) I can spend hours in front of the TV or computer and not realize where the time went.
13) I fall asleep every night by 9:00 pm.
14) I can't play games with my kids and not try to win.
15) There's nothing better than a medium-rare ribeye or sushi for dinner.
16) My husband seems to think cooking is a naturally-occurring talent for mothers and wives. And yet, he does not complain when this is proven untrue time and time again.
17) My least favorite thing to hear? "mommy.....mommy.....mommy.....mommy" WHAT?
18) I have a blackberry, an iTouch, 2 more iPods and a laptop. I am very connected.
19) I no longer consider a 4-hour plane ride to be very long, but I am still afraid of flying.
20) I once was a vegetarian for about 6 months of my life.
21) I do not volunteer nearly enough at the kids' new school.
22) I love to read the newspaper...a REAL newspaper, not an online version.
23) My children's scrapbooks will never be caught-up.
24) My mother is my hero for moving to London in the 70's for my dad's job, and not having email or Skype to use to talk to her friends back home.
25) I am a quiet Christian, striving to be a better one every day.

Enjoyed your list--I learned 25 new things;) Were you old enough to remember London? What an exciting, adventure-filled life. Jeremy and I moved once...1 mile down the road.
